Patricia Njeru is an executive-level Agricultural Economist, specializing in Agricultural Strategy, Policy and market analysis. She has over twenty years experience in setting up and operating program management functions in the corporate environment with a focus on research, integrated value chains development, commodity market analysis, project monitoring and evaluation and the regional integration agenda. Patricia has held various management positions, mainly in the Regulation of the sugar industry, where her leadership and professional skills have been honed over the years. Patricia has a post graduate degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of New England, New South Wales, Australia, and is a member of the Institute of Economic Affairs. It is her conviction that with proper inclusive planning and integrity in Agricultural project implementation and resource management, Kenyan crops value-chain players, especially the vulnerable smallholder farming communities, can be transformed to dignity and abundance.
Richard joined Kenya Sugar Authority (KSA) in the position of Mechanical Engineer in 2002. He has remained in the sugar sector for the last 18 years. He has over 28 years working experience in various capacities in both the private and public sectors having worked in Panafrican Paper Mills (E.A.) Limited, General Motors (K) Limited and Sarova Hotels Limited. Richard holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate International Certificate in Sugar Manufacture from Robert Antoine Sugar Industry Training Centre (Mauritius). He is a Graduate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya. Richard also serves as a trustee of KSB Staff Pension Fund.

Shadrack Kiprono joined the then Kenya Sugar Board in 2013 as a Systems analyst. Since then, he has continued to work for the organization in various roles within the Agriculture and Food Authority, including overseeing ICT at the Horticultural Crops Directorate from 2015 to 2018.
