The Authority is implementing Trade Facilitation Platform for imports and exports of horticulture produce which has been integrated with Integrated Customs Management System (iCMS). iCMS is a robust intelligent system that consolidates all customs cargo clearance processes to one point of access, to improve our customers' experiences.
HCD wishes to notify Exporters, Importers and Clearing Agents that with effect from 5th August, 2022;

• All export permit applications shall be submitted through iCMS Customs Dedaration. All export permits will now be applied on Trade Facilitation Platform (TFP) using Declaration Reference Number instead of User Consignment Reference (UCR).
• All import permit applications shall be submitted through iCMS Base Document. All import permits will now be applied on Trade Facilitation Platform (TFP) using Base Document Reference Number instead of User Consignment Reference (UCR).
